SOLUTION: This method of machining the plurality of different turbine components including dovetails having uneven outlines by using a machining assembly 200 comprises a step for removably connecting the first set 206 of a retainer having an upper portion 220 with an outline 234 roughly reflecting a part 236 of the first dovetail and a lower portion 22 with an outline 222 with an outline 250 roughly reflecting the opposite side 252 of the first dovetail to the machining assembly, a stage for connecting a first turbine component 64 between the upper portion and the lower portion so that the first turbine component can be held by the first set of the retainer, a step for connecting the machining assembly to a milling machine 402, and a step for machining at least one seal groove into the dovetail of the first turbine component.
