PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of enhancing a processing speed in translucence processing, reducing necessary memory quantity, and preventing any failure from being caused in a plotted image, and to provide image processing information. SOLUTION: A plotting command is analyzed by an intermediate code generating part 2, and an intermediate code in each band is generated and stored in an intermediate code storing part 3. When the intermediate code corresponding to a plotted graphic whose translucence processing is designated is included in the band, the intermediate code is decomposed into the group of scan lines of each plotted graphic by a scan line decomposing part 4. The overlap of the scan line of the plotted graphic whose translucence processing is designated and the scan line of the other plotted graphic in the same line is decided from the group of the scan lines of each plotted graphic, and the translucence processing is operated to the overlapped section by a translucence processing part 5.
