PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating device capable of properly lowering a vertical dynamic spring constant without impairing durability. SOLUTION: This vibration isolating device is a vibration isolating mount 10 formed by connecting inner and outer cylindrical fittings 1 and 2 to each other through a rubber elastic body 3 and the rubber elastic body 3 comprises hollow parts 4 and 5 at the upper and lower sides of the inner cylindrical fitting. A projected part 6 projected upward and brought into contact with the ceiling surface 51 of the hollow part 5 under a standard load is formed on the lower side hollow part 5. An axial small hollow 61 is formed in the projected part 6, and the small hollow 61 is formed to be two mutually independent small hollows laterally formed symmetrically with respect to the axial center of the projected part 6.
