PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a resin ferrule having a microhole length of every kind in the same mold without replacing a core pin. SOLUTION: In the mold for molding the resin ferrule (3) having a fiber insertion hole (6) at its base end part (4a) and having the microhole (7) extending from the fiber insertion hole at its leading end part (4b) and a manufacturing method of the mold, the mold (1) is equipped with a core pin (31) composed of a column part (32) for molding the fiber insertion hole and the pin part (33) extending from the column part to mold the microhole, a fitting hole (23) in which the column part of the core pin is fitted in an axially movable manner, a pin housing hole (12) for housing the leading end of the pin part of the core pin and a core pin moving means (41) for axially moving the core pin within a cavity.
