PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high saturation magnetic flux density soft magnetic material which has a high saturation magnetic flux density, low retentivity, and a large anisotropic magnetic field. SOLUTION: The high saturation magnetic flux density soft magnetic material includes a manganese alloy base film represented by the chemical formula: Mn<SB>a</SB>M<SB>1-a</SB>(where 0.4≤a≤0.95, and M stands for at least one element that is selected from a group of elements consisting of Fe, Ir, Pt, Cr, Rh, Ru, Pd, Ni, Co, Au, Cu, and Ag.), and a film represented by the chemical formula: (Fe<SB>x</SB>Co<SB>1-x</SB>)<SB>y</SB>(Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>z</SB>)<SB>1-y</SB>(where 0.6≤x≤0.8, 0<(1-y)≤0.05, and 2≤z≤5).
