PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a metal ferrule which has high coaxiality while maintaining mass productivity and to provide a manufacturing method of the metal ferrule. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of the metal ferrule is provided with a titanium mesh case 21 which immerses nickel particles 23 into electrolyte 11 and retains the same and a core material retaining means 3 which arranges substantially horizontally the core material 31 immersed in the electrolyte 11 so as to maintain a prescribed distance from the titanium mesh case 21.
