PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label sheet having a label body which enables a user to easily stick a protective member to the label body in its desired position and the protective member. SOLUTION: The label sheet comprises a sheet-like base for information recording which can be recorded with information on its front surface, a first tacky adhesive layer which is laminated on the rear surface side of the base for information recording, a sheet-like transparent base which is laminated on the rear surface side of the first tacky adhesive layer and has a release property from the first tacky adhesive layer, a second tacky adhesive layer which is laminated on the rear surface side of the transparent base, and a sheet-like release base which is laminated on the rear surface side of the second tacky adhesive layer and has a release property from the second tacky adhesive layer. The base for information recording, the first tacky adhesive layer, the transparent base, and the second tacky adhesive layer are perforated and provided with first breaks in the form of a closed curve. Label sheet within the first breaks, the base for information recording and the first tacky adhesive layer are perforated and provided with the second breaks in the form of the closed curve.
