PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily change the intensity distribution, the position and the angle of light. SOLUTION: An optical prism 10 has an incident side boundary surface 25 on which incident light 30 is made incident, a splitter surface 24 through which a part of light advancing inside the prism 10 is transmitted and on which a part of the light is reflected, a 1st emitting surface 26 from which the light transmitted through the splitter surface 24 is emitted, and a 2nd emitting surface 28 from which the light reflected on the splitter surface 24 is emitted. The boundary surface 25 is inclined to the optical axis of the incident light 30. The splitter surface 24 is parallel with the optical axis of the incident light 30. The 1st emitting surface 26 is parallel with the boundary surface 25 and the 2nd emitting surface 28 is surface-symmetric to the 1st emitting surface 26 with the splitter surface 24 as center.
