PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impedance matching with high accuracy between a contact terminal of an IC socket and an end part of a cable for an inspection apparatus, and moreover, to simplify the wiring work. SOLUTION: In the state in which one end of the coaxial cable 24ai is supported by a connection substrate 20, having a conductive layer 20G, an outer conductor 24I thereof is connected to the conductive layer 20G, and an internal conductor 24C of the coaxial cable 24ai is connected directly to the lower end of the contact terminal 14ai in the IC socket 10.
