PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indication plate capable of design a constitution equivalent to metal in texture and capable of easily performing metallic and expensive looking in spite of actually functioning in the same manner as the case constituted with a nonconductive material. SOLUTION: The indication plate 120 is provided with light scattering structures, such as a surface irregularity structure, the tabular insulated substrate 121 of visible light permeability, and the metal layer 122 deposited on the opposite surface of an observation side of the insulated substrate 121.
