PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent impairment of sealability when a master door constituted by forming a cutout part, opens by an atmospheric pressure difference between the inside and outside. SOLUTION: This sheet shutter device constitutes the freely openable-closable master door 6 by forming a lower end cut-off cutout part C in a sheet body 1, and is provided with a pair of slave doors 7 and 8 for covering a door end part of the master door 6 from both inner and outer sides. The device is constituted so that a locking metal fitting 11 is arranged in a lower end part of the master door 6 for releasing engagement by pressing a long size body 13 arranged in an overlapping shape in a door end side part of the master door 6, in the opening direction of the master door 6, by engaging with a main seat plate 5 arranged in a lower end part of the sheet body 1 in response to closing of the master door 6.
