PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a vitamin B1 containing infusion which improves safety when a glucose/electrolyte infusion is infused and can keep its vitamin B1 stability even after it is subjected to heat sterilization in the production of the vitamin B1 containing infusion prepared by previously adding vitamin B1s to a glucose/electrolyte infusion. SOLUTION: The vitamin B1 containing infusion is the glucose/electrolyte infusion containing vitamin B1s, is free from sulfurous acid and a salt thereof, contains an antioxidant comprising at least one member selected from among ascorbic acid, cysteine, its salt, sodium thioglycolate, alpha-thioglycerol, sodium edetate, and citric acid, and is subjected to heat sterilization.
