PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the entry of the game balls into the ball entry slots on both end sides of a row of ball entry slots comprising a plurality of ball entry slots displaying the mahjong tiles. SOLUTION: The mahjong game machine 10 is provided with a game board 22 having a row 34 of ball entry slots comprising a plurality of ball entry slots 30 displaying the mahjong tiles, a shooting lever 32 for shooting the game balls onto the game board 22, a guide rail 52 which discharges the game balls shot with the shooting lever 32 upward of the other end side of the row 34 of ball entry slots being guided to the position beyond the upper most position 52a via the outside of one end of the row 34 of ball entry slots, an intermediate discharge port 56 through which can be discharged the game balls formed upward on the one end side of the row 34 of ball entry slots of the guide rail 52 and a reversed ball discharge mechanism 60 which permits the passage of the game balls shot with the shooting means 32 while discharging the game balls returning failing to run over the upper most position 52a from the intermediate discharge port 56.
