PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the body of a bicycle at all times by supporting the balance of the handle while one is riding. SOLUTION: The bicycle is structured so that springs 4, 5, 6 are attached to a handlebar 1 and an upper pipe (top tube) 2 when the person is riding and running, wherein the springs 4 and 5 are installed on the handlebar 1 and a head tube 3.
