PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor shaft locking structure and a motor shaft locking method capable of preventing the displacement of a motor shaft to a ball bearing. SOLUTION: The motor shaft 1 comprises a shaft main body 2, a stepped part 3 formed on a side part of the shaft main body 2, and a cylindrical part 4 extended from a tip of the shaft main body 2. The ball bearing 20 is inserted from a tip side of the shaft main body 2 and brought into contact with the stepped part 3, and the cylindrical part 4 is plastically deformed to hold the ball bering 10 by the deformed cylindrical part 4 and the stepped part 3.
