PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a display of information in a format which enables users to easily grasp it by utilizing human-to-machine interface technology. SOLUTION: A device displays positions of all control rods, switches for diagnosing solenoid valves, switches for setting solenoid valve bypasses, system resetting switches, numeric and determination keys, the position coordinate of the solenoid valves, the presence or absence of the abnormality of them, the detailed information on the diagnosis results of them, the presence or absence of the abnormality of them by using two different colors, the display of an issued alarm, an abnormality encountered by each device and the detailed information on the abnormalities by laying them out properly on a display component.
