PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data editing apparatus of an electronic endoscope which reduces a burden of a transporting operation of a processor when a data editing operation is performed and does not put a burden on a user. SOLUTION: The data editing apparatus of the electronic endoscope is comprised of an input means to input the data for editing the storage medium, a connection means to be connected to the endoscope, an editing means which accesses into the storage medium through the connection means and edits at least one datum in the storage medium corresponding to the data input by the input means, and a dry battery which supplies an electric source for actuating the main body of the apparatus.
