The lounger (3) can be of a rectangular shape with a plane resting area or designed in a curved shape with a concave upper surface and a convex bottom. The plane version is equipped with front legs swivel mounted (4) to a surface located at the shores of a lake or river. The head area of the lounger (3) is swivel mounted to a vertical bar (2) holding a float (1) of an appropriate size moving on top of the waves and transmitting the motion to the lounger (3). The concave version is only connected to the float (1) with its head area.
