PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly select a fixed form sentence to be inputted next, and to improve operability at the time of inputting the fixed form sentence.

SOLUTION: This input supporting device is provided with: a scenario information storing part 116 for storing scenario information obtained by defining a plurality of fixed form sentences being input candidates to predetermined processing with a relation between each fixed form sentence and a fixed form sentence assumed to be inputted next; an input part 112 for accepting input information with an operation key; an output part 113 for outputting a button having the fixed form sentence as a label to an LCD; a receiving part 114 for receiving a transmitted message; a transmitting part 115 for transmitting the transferred fixed form sentence; and a control part 111 for transferring the first fixed form sentence defined by scenario information as an input candidate to the output part 113, for transferring the first fixed form sentence under such conditions that the input of the first fixed form sentence is decided, and for transferring a second fixed form sentence defined as the next input of the first fixed form sentence by the scenario information as the input candidate to the output part 113.
