<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse-wave radar apparatus capable of discriminating its own transmitting waves from the transmitting waves of another apparatus, even when there are a number of pulse wave radar apparatuses within the same area, and to precisely measure the distance to an object with a minimized signal processing by high-speed operation. <P>SOLUTION: A transmitting signal including identification data for identifying a pulse-wave radar apparatus, added to a distance measuring signal, is transmitted at a fixed period, whereby another pulse wave radar device identifies whether the receiving wave is the transmitting wave transmitted by itself and reflected by the object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
