PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a polling interval from being prolonged in proportion with the number of vehicles traveling in an operation management section. SOLUTION: In one cycle of polling processing, a base station device performs N+1 times of polling adding 1 to the maximum number N of vehicles scheduled to be simultaneously present in the operation management section. At such a time, if no vehicle is present in the operation management section, N+1 times of polling comprised of a pole signal X and a dummy pole signal Y for an arbitrary vehicle is performed. If vehicles less than N are present in the operation management section, on the other hand, N+1 times of polling comprised of pole signals destined to the vehicles, one pole signal X and one pole signal Y is performed.
