PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic reproducing apparatus improving sound pressure in a high frequency band. SOLUTION: An air layer Q is formed as a closed space between an exciting plate 2 and a panel 20 as a sound emitting member. An exciting means 3 vibrates the exciting plate 2, and the vibration of the exciting plate 2 is applied to the panel 20 through the air layer Q. Since the exciting plate 2 is vibrated following the driving level of the exciting means 3, the vibration of relatively high frequency of the exciting plate 2 is applied to the panel 20 as the sound pressure of the air layer Q, and the sound with high level of treble band is outputted from the panel 20.
