PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized management system with a centralized control device capable of performing appropriate control to achieve a high energy-saving effect according to the fluctuation of measurements, for control related to the operating condition of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: The centralized management system 100 has a centralized control device 101 for managing and/or controlling the operating conditions of a variety of refrigerating/cold storage facilities such as refrigerating/cold-storage showcases. A controller 102a for the plurality of showcases 102, a controller 103a for a refrigerator 103, and a controller 104a for an air-cooled condenser 104 are network connected to the centralized control device 101 by a communication line 105 such as a serial transmission line. The centralized control device 101 manages the operating conditions of the variety of refrigerating/cold storage facilities according to measurement information including temperatures, pressures and the like received from the controllers 102a, 103a, 104a, and sends control signals to the controllers 102a, 103a, 104a for low pressure control aimed at energy savings.
