摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation pile construction method for constructing a foundation pile having a steel frame reinforcing expanded portion having a diameter larger than a pile diameter at a lower end or an intermediate portion of the pile, with good working efficiency. SOLUTION: According to the foundation pile construction method, the steel frame reinforcing expanded portion having the diameter larger than the pile diameter is formed at the bottom portion or/and the intermediate portion of the pile. Specifically a cylindrical steel frame reinforcing body 10 having a structure that is expandable by a compressive force applied thereto in the vertical direction, is fixed to the lower end or/and the intermediate portion of the existing pile. Then the steel frame reinforcing body 10 is expanded at a predetermined depth in the ground, and at the same time the steel frame reinforcing body is rotated to excavate the ground at the expanded portion.
