PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treating device capable of efficiently removing protrusive parts and protuberant parts formed of dust, seeds, or the like at an undercoat part, in a short time by a simple device and uniformizing an undercoated surface after treatment. SOLUTION: This surface treating device 1 has a polishing member 3 having a plane part 4, arranged at a part of an ultrasonic oscillating part 2 so that vibration of the ultrasonic oscillating part is transmitted to the polishing member 3.
