PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metallic panel by performing sequential forming work to a metallic hollow extruded shape. SOLUTION: The metallic hollow extruded shape 200 is prepared and a packing material such as a low melting point alloy, resin and sand is filled in the hollow part. Such a base material is placed on the die member 500 of a sequential forming machine and its circumference is clamped with a clamping device 510. The base material is formed into the shape of the die member 500 with a sequential forming tool 520. A product is cut off and trimming work T<SB>1</SB>is applied.
