PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge dehydration method which improves dewaterability and releasability from filter cloth etc. by dosing a high-concentration dispersion liquid of a coagulant in a state of the dispersion liquid without water dilution. SOLUTION: A water-in-oil type emulsion comprising a mixture of (a) a low-molecular cationic or amphoteric water-soluble polymer and (b) a high-molecular cationic or amphoteric water-soluble polymer is added in a state of the dispersion liquid to organic sludge, which is then dehydrated by a dehydrator.
