PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solution removing an interfering substance to detection of a trace component when a clinic proteome analysis is carried out. SOLUTION: A membrane separation unit for separating a bio-component from a bio-component stock solution using a separation membrane module is subjected to inflow of a dilution at least after the bio-component stock solution is made to flow in, thus a separation system can prevent build-up of protein on the surface of a separation membrane and efficiently remove the interfering substance. The solution obtained from the separation system is used for protein analysis by mass spectrometric analysis, cataphoresis, liquid chromatography or the like, and allows a high sensitive analysis.
