摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a particulate capable of micronizing a substance with efficiency by photo-crushing, a manufacturing apparatus, and the particulate. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus 1A is constituted of a treating chamber 3 accommodating a treated liquid 2 including water 4 to be a solvent and a raw material particle 5 of the substance, a laser light source 10 irradiating the treated liquid 2 with laser light for micronization, an ultrasonic transducer 20 irradiating an ultrasonic wave for preventing the particulate from agglomeration, and a control device 15 for controlling so as to carry out laser light irradiation by the laser light source 10 simultaneously with ultrasonic wave irradiation by the ultrasonic transducer 20. Further, a vibration amplitude of the treating chamber 3 is monitored by a microphone 30 and a vibration amplitude measuring device 35 to set a frequency of the ultrasonic wave to a resonance vibration frequency.
