PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in gas/liquid barrier properties, moldability, heat resistance, water vapor barrier properties and impact resistance, and a molding, sheet and film obtained by using the composition. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises 0.1-20 wt.% copolymer (A) of an olefin and a functional group-containing monomer, 1-50 wt.% polyamide resin (B) and 30-98 wt.% olefinic resin (C), where the resin (B) forms a continuous phase and the resin (C) forms a dispersion phase.
