BOTTLED BEVERAGE

A bottled beverage which contains a green-tea extractable, the beverage containing the following ingredients (A) and (B): (A) nonpolymerized catechin and analogues thereof 0.01 to 1.0 wt.% (B) carbohydrates 0.0001 to 20 wt.% in terms of glucose amount less than 0.05 wt.% in terms of fructose amount and having a pH of 2 to 6. The bottled beverage contains catechin and its analogues in a high concentration and is reduced in bitterness and astringency. It is drinkable for long. It is excellent in the stability of bitterness and astringency and gives a good feeling during drinking. Even when packed into a transparent container and stored at high temperatures, the beverage stably retains its color tone for long.
