<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise packaging structure which secures sufficient and even adhesive force even when a seal part is printed, which does not leave a large transparent area in the seal part, and which efficiently heat seals with practically no melted printing layer attached to a heater. <P>SOLUTION: This merchandise packaging structure has a printing layer 4b on a seal face 4a side.
