<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print data transmitting apparatus, etc. for setting printing conditions so that no excess special paper is produced in creation of a printed material by inserting a plurality of sheets of special paper such as tab paper constituting one set into a designated page position. <P>SOLUTION: Designation of the page position where the tab paper is to be inserted in the printed material is accepted through a page position input screen 200 having the number of input columns 201 to 205 being equal to the number of sheets of the special paper constituting one set. When an "OK" button 206 is operated in a state that the same number of page positions are not inputted in the respective input columns 201 to 205, a warning picture is displayed and resetting is prompted. In addition, when the number of sheets of special paper constituting one set is changed after setting the page position, the page position input picture 200 is automatically displayed, and a user is urged to reset the page position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
