<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having both of a high relative permittivity ε<SB>γ</SB>and a high Q value in a GHz band. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition containing at least one or more kinds of Zr, Y, Mn, Yb, Co, Sc, Sn, V, Nb, Ta, Bi and W as an element M is so constituted that (x), (y), (z), and (k) in the formula expressed by (Ba<SB>x</SB>Sr<SB>y</SB>Ca<SB>1-x-y</SB>)<SB>k</SB>(M<SB>z</SB>Ti<SB>1-z</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>attain 0.02≤x≤0.18, 0.05≤y≤0.25, 0.00<z≤0.15, 0.95≤k≤1.05 by molar ratio. As a result, the composition having both of the high relative permittivity ε<SB>γ</SB>and the high Q value in the GHz band can be obtained by incorporating the element M, such as Zr, at a prescribed quantity into the dielectric ceramic composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
