<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an instructor and a pupil of a coaching school, and to produce an efficient learning instruction document and instruction report. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer stores a management database registered with data related to the pupil and the instructor, and a curriculum database registered with a curriculum. A management program is made to be operated, and the management database and the curriculum database are used to produce the learning instruction document. The learning instruction document includes a mark sheet into which the instructor enters a learning result of the pupil. Before a lesson, the learning document is printed and is distributed to the instructor. After the lesson, the mark sheet is read by a scanner, and the instruction report including advice to the learning result is produced and is delivered to the pupil. A server of a head office communicates with the management server of a classroom, can download progress data on all the pupil and the instructor, and can instantaneously grasp a situation of the whole coaching school. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
