<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access controller and a USB memory equipped with the access controller and an access control program for accurately access-controlling desired hardware and software based on a standard time. <P>SOLUTION: This access controller 1 is provided with a time acquiring part 11 which receives and acquires a standard time, an access enabling time storing part 12 which stores an access enabling time to an access target, a security information storing part 13 for storing security information associated with a user, a serial number storing part 14 which stores the serial number of the access controller 1, an access validity/invalidity judging part 15 for judging the validity/invalidity of access to an access object based on the access enabling time and the security information, an interface control part 16 for controlling an interface between the access controller 1 and the external equipment 3 and a setting change permission authenticating part 17 having the setting change function of the access enabling time and the security information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
