<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band control device for making a network resource to be used impartially by performing autonomous regulation relating to the traffic of a predetermined application layer level. <P>SOLUTION: An application processing unit (50) is designed to examine data contents of the application layer level transmitted from an information processing device, to perform the autonomous regulation to the traffic of the predetermined application layer level by performing interrupt, band limitation, and delay addition in relation to a L3 traffic of data detected to be regulated, a L4 connection, and transaction of the application layer level when the data to be regulated is detected, and to enable the network resource to be used impartially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
