<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system wherein a communication path using a communication medium of a small error rate is selected as a communication path used to real time signal communication when communicating a plurality of kinds of signals. <P>SOLUTION: Between a transmission apparatus 100 and a reception apparatus 101a, a cable-wired communication medium 50a is used to exchange synchronous data as a main communication path, and a wireless communication medium 51 is used to exchange asynchronous data as a sub communication path. At such a time, if the communication path status of the wireless communication medium 51 becomes better than that of the cable-wired communication medium 50a, a communication path to be used is switched, so that the wireless communication medium 51 is used as the main communication path and the cable-wired communication medium 50a is used as the sub communication path, so that the used communication path is switched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
