<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a glove obtained by using nonwoven fabric as construction material, causing no tearing when worn, having a good appearance, and excellent in productivity; and to provide a glove obtained by the method and formed of nonwoven fabric. <P>SOLUTION: The glove 1 is formed of nonwoven fabric 2. The method for producing the glove 1 comprises the following process: passing two pieces of nonwoven fabric superimposed on each other between an ultrasonic oscillator 21 oscillating ultrasonic vibration and a rotating rotary roll 22; pressurizing a glove-shaped meltdown blade 23 formed at the surface of the rotary roll 22 on the bottom surface part 221 of the ultrasonic oscillator 21 so as to subject the two pieces of nonwoven fabric 2 superimposed on each other to ultrasonic meltdown so as to be formed into a glove shape. Through such a process, the meltdown part of the meltdown blade 23 and the nonwoven fabric 2 come in point-contact with each other, and thereby welding parts are homogeneously formed on the whole of the glove 1 so as to enable stable and continuous production of the glove 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
