PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a system using an application by connecting a client device through a network to an application server. SOLUTION: A management server device 2 receives user ID and a password and an application name from a client device 1, performs identification by using the user ID and the password, reads application server information corresponding to the application name from a table, generates user ID and password for log-in, transmits them to an application server device 3 represented by the application server information, and transmits the user ID and password for log-in and the application server information to a client device 1. The client device 1 transmits the user ID and password for log-in and a log-in request to the application server represented by the application server information, and starts the use of the application when log-in authentication is OK.
