PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corona generator which can be promptly removed and convenient in washing and heat radiation. SOLUTION: A first and a second positioning sleeves 7, 8 are fixed at opposed ends of an insulating sleeve 2, and a protrusion 42 of a cover 4 is passed through a positioning hole 76 at the first sleeve 7 to protrude and expose it outward the hole 76. Thereby, a connecting plate 31 of an earth tube 3 is exposed outward the first sleeve 7 and a conductive plate 64 of a high voltage polar plate 6 is passed through a receiving hole 75 of the first sleeve 7 and also exposed outward the first sleeve 7. The, opposed ends of the plate 6 are held by the first and second sleeves 7, 8, respectively and calmly positioned on the surface of the sleeve 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
