PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device which operates based on a reread program without restarting, and also provide its host device model. SOLUTION: Rewriting data (logical data) 14-1 inputted through a PCI bus 2 are stored in a memory 14. A loader circuit 13 deploys logic on an FPGA 11 based on the rewriting data 14-1 in the memory 14. In this case, the FPGA 11 saves the register values of a configuration register 11-2 and/or user circuit 11-4 on the memory 14 (save data 14-2). When the rewriting of the logic is completed based on the rewritten data, the loader circuit 13 resets the retreat data 14-2 to the FPGA 11.
