PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clean power source discharging no carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: A shooter 15 and a liner 18 are rotated by a starter motor 1 and acceleration is provided to a plurality of balls 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d arranged for rolling on an ellipse shaped endless track rail 19 by the shooter 15 and the liner 18. When the acceleration increases and torque of an output device 4 exceeds a certain level, power supply to the starter motor 1 is turned off. The plurality of balls 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d roll on the ellipse shaped endless track rail 19 in a manner that wheels made of steel endlessly run on steel rails with their acceleration increasing, and they rotate the shooter 15 and the liner 18 at high speed. The rotation is directionally converted by bevel gears or the like and inputted to an output device 4 so that it can be used for rotating a power generator to obtain electricity for instance, it can be transmitted to a screw of a ship and used as propelling power and it can be also used as a drive unit of an automobile.
