PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melding device capable of being simply and quickly put on the existing metal plate roofing roof, freely moving a position and being removed after the installation without giving any damage to a roofing plate and the roof surface in a stage of installation. SOLUTION: After two of a triangular cylinder body 2 combining snow stop surfaces 23 with the upper end edge of the bottom 21 and combining a supporting surface 22 with the lower end edge have been parallel arranged, while both installation plates 4 and 4 are combined with each other to form a snow melting body 11, a heating unit 3 is accompanied with the inside of each snow stop surface 23 and, at the same time, the roof snow melting device 1 is constituted by forming mounting metal fitting sections 5, 5, ... to the metal plate roofing roof surface 7 aiming at installation on each end section of the two installation plates 4 and 4.
