PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a firm foundation laying body by stably supporting a wave dissipating concrete block and the like by means of a grating frame. SOLUTION: In this method for supporting the wave dissipating concrete block, a wave dissipating material such as a concrete block or stone is installed in the grating frame which is composed of a material such as a steel material or reinforced concrete, having great shear force resistance and expansive force, and a lower part of the wave dissipating material is supported at each of three points or more by using a component of the grating frame.
