PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized device for steady brace of a shield jack shoe and rotation of a jack rod, capable of regulating its rotation, even if the shield jack shoe separates from a skin plate, by reducing an installation space. SOLUTION: In this steady brace device for preventing run-out of the shield jack shoe and rotation of the jack rod, the shield jack shoe 5 for pressing a front end surface of an existing segment, has an eccentric member 6 to be eccentrically supported to a rod 4 in a tip part of the rod 4 of the shield jack 1. The device is constituted so that the rod 4 or the eccentric member 6 is provided with a rotation regulating means 21 for regulating rotation of the shield jack shoe 5 and the rod 4, by frictionally abutting on an inner peripheral surface 19 of the skin plate 2, by extending to the inner peripheral surface 19 of the skin plate 2 from the rod 4 or the eccentric member 6.
