On support (80) with conductive track(s) (100) is secured electric component (90) coupled to conductive track. On support is fitted housing base plate (20) and contacting pins (30,40) pass through it, with one contacting pin (30) coupled to conductive track. At least one contact pin contacts the support and at the contacting point (200,210) is provided bond wire free connection between contact pin and conductive track on support. Preferably the support is contoured to fit the contour of contact pin at contacting point. Independent claims are included for method of manufacture of invented electric device. |
