It is intended to provide a substance inhibiting the binding of a protein containing an amino acid sequence which is the same or substantially the same as an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:4, SEQ ID NO:7 or SEQ ID NO:10, its partial peptide or a salt thereof to a protein containing an amino acid sequence which is the same or substantially the same as the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:26, its partial peptide or a salt thereof; and a preventive/remedy for cancer, an apoptosis promoter for cancer cells, a growth inhibitor for cancer cells and so on containing the above substance.
