摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting apparatus by improving light extracting efficiency so as to attain the intensity of radiation light and on-axis luminous intensity and luminance. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting apparatus 1 is provided with a base 2 on the upper side of which a mount part 2a of a light emitting element 4 is deposited, a frame 3 joined with an outer circumferential part of the upper side of the base 2 to surround the mount part 2a, a wiring conductor one end of which is formed on the upper side of the base 2 and is electrically connected to an electrode of the light emitting element 4 and the other end of which is led out to the outer face of the base 2, the light emitting element 4 mounted on the mount part 2a and electrically connected to the wiring conductor, a first light transmissive member 5 provided in the frame 3 to cover the light emitting element 4, a second light transmissive member 6 provided in the frame 3 to cover the first light transmissive member 5, and a fluorescent layer 7 formed to the upper face of the second light transmissive member 6 and including a phosphor for converting the wavelength of light emitted from the light emitting element 4.
