<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy mat with a traction effect on a lower back part as a simple healthy mat since the traction of the lower back part is conventionally performed in a medical institution, such as a hospital or a clinic, and is not easily performed at home owing to the largeness of an apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The mat comprises multiple elastic projections (2) or wave-form projections (5) arranged in the upper half part (3) of a mat main body (1) along a direction toward a head part, and multiple elastic projections (2) or wave-form projections (5) arranged in the lower half part(4) along a direction toward toes.
